Movie tonight

Monday Night Movies at the Warren Public Library will continue Dec. 10. This free event will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Jefferson Room in the basement of the library. Participants should note the location change for this movie. Complimentary popcorn will be available upon request for adults and young people accompanied by an adult. Children who attend the movie event should be accompanied by an adult. This week's PG-13 rated, 114 minute film stars Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks and Michelle Pfeffer. This smart, intimate drama features Sam, a 20-something, fast-talking salesman, whose latest deal collapses on the day he learns that his father has suddenly died. Against his wishes, Sam is called home, where he must put his father's estate in order and reconnect with his estranged family. In the course of fulfilling his father's last wishes, Sam uncovers a startling secret that turns his entire world upside down: He has a 30-year-old sister he never knew about. As their relationship develops, Sam is forced to rethink everything he thought he knew about this family - and re-examine his own life choices in the process. Please call the library at 723-4650 for the exact title of this and other movies in this series as the library's movie license does not permit listing the titles of movies outside the library.
