Conewango Twp.

Found property. Conewango Township Police said a mountain bike was found in the N. State Street area of North Warren on Dec. 3. The owner can claim it by calling the township police and providing a description.

Harassment. Conewango Township Police said they have charged Diedre Logan Barnett, 2009 Jackson Run Rd., with 13 counts of harassment and 13 counts of stalking. According to police, on Saturday, Dec. 1, Barnett made a lewd and threatening phone call to a juvenile female who lives in Warren. The victim reported the incident to police and asked that Barnett be instructed to cease all contact with her. Police report they contacted Barnett on Sunday, Dec. 2, and instructed her to refrain from contacting the victim. According to police, Barnett then sent the victim 13 harassing text messages.

Harassment. Conewango Township Police reported that at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 6, Claire Marie Weatherby, Russell, approached Molly Hartman, Russell, while Hartman was in the parking lot of the Verizon store in N. Warren. Weatherby proceeded to call Hartman numerous derogatory names and shouted obscenities at her, all while in the public eye and while in the presence of Harman's five-year-old son. Weatherby was subsequently charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.

Glade Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police said a 12-year-old male juvenile will be cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief following an incident at Warren Area Elementary Center between 1 and 2 p.m. on Dec. 5. According to police, there was a disturbance at the school during which the juvenile damaged a door frame and filing cabinet.

Youngsville

Public Drunkenness. Youngsville Borough Police Dept. reported that at approximately 4 p.m. on Dec. 6, they were dispatched to the 100 block of E. Main Street in Youngsville regarding a highly intoxicated individual, Brian Irwin, 22, Warren, causing public alarm. He was cited with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, and transported to the Warren County Jail.

Charged.Youngsville Borough Police Dept. reported that on Dec. 6, Darryl Kring, Sheffield, and James Knepp, Erie, trespassed at 101 E. Main St., Apt. 1, in Youngsville. The two men were reportedly highly intoxicated. Kring was unconscious and Knepp was partially unconscious when police arrived. They were transported to Warren General Hospital. Both men have been charged for Defiant Trespassing and Possessing an Open Container of Alcohol in a public setting. They were observed drinking on a public sidewalk near the Youngsville Laundry Mat earlier in the day. Charges have been filed with District Justice Lindemuth's Office.
