The following is a list of upcoming local entertainment events. The Times Observer welcomes additions to the list that are of community interest. Club meetings and closed gatherings are not included. To add an event, call features editor Diana Paddock in the newsroom at 723-8200 by noon Monday.

Every Monday through Dec. 10: Toddler Time, 10:30 a.m., Warren Public Library Children's Department. Stories, songs, craft, creative play.

Dec. 6: Youngsville High School Winter Holiday Concert by choirs and orchestra, auditorium at YHS, 7 p.m. (snow date Dec. 11).

Dec. 6-16: Quilted Art, quilt show, a showcase of favorites presented by Quilter's Night

Out Guild, Crary Art Gallery, 511 Market St., Warren. Opening, 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 7 (www.crarygallery.org).

Dec. 7: Christmas Parade and Walk, downtown Warren.

Dec. 7: "The Magic of Christmas" by Youth Connection and Allegheny Regional Theatre Experience, Library Theatre, 8 p.m. (after the Christmas Walk).

Dec. 7: Victorian Christmas open house & trolley rides, Warren County Historical Society. Free refreshments, string orchestra and more. 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Dec. 7-9: Bethlehem Marketplace, Calvary Baptist Church, 445 Conewango Ave., Warren, Biblical portrayal of events surrounding the birth of Christ, free admission, 6-8 p.m. Friday, 5-8 p.m. Saturday and 4-8 p.m. Sunday.

Dec. 8: Family Fun Night, First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St., Warren, David Crone Ventriloquist and Magician performs, 7 p.m., Founders Hall

Dec. 8: Fifth Annual Bollinger Craft & Vendor Show, silent auction, hot food, 44 N. State St., North Warren, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Dec. 8: David Crone with "I'm No Dummy Productions," ventriloquist show, Founders Hall, First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St., Warren, 7 p.m.

Dec. 8: Annual Cookie Walk and Second-Hand Jewelry Shop, 9 a.m.-noon, First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St., Warren, with thousands of homemade Christmas cookies.

Dec. 9: Grace Choir concert: "Miracle in the Manger," 6:40 p.m.

Dec. 9: CASA?fund-raiser, community intergenerational Christmas concert, Library Theatre, 3 p.m.

Dec. 9: Woman's Club of Warren Holly Home Tour and Victorian Tea (2-5 p.m.), Woman's Club, 310 Market St., Warren, 12:30-4:30 p.m. (723-5910).

Dec. 10: Warren Concert Association, "Southern Fried Jazz Band," Library Theatre, 7:30 p.m. (723-6505)

Dec. 10-14: "Holiday Basket Raffle" at Warren General Hospital. Over-the-top baskets organized by the hospital departments; proceeds benefit WGH Auxiliary programs.

Dec. 13-15: Reader's Theatre, "It's a Wonderful Life," Library Theatre, 7 p.m.

Dec. 14: Sugar Grove Community Christmas Walk with living windows, refreshments, music, Santa, 5-7 p.m.

Dec. 17-18: "Parklane Jewelry" sale, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. each day in the outpatient lobby of Warren General Hospital, sponsored by WGH Auxiliary.

Dec. 24: Warren County School District, holiday break begins, no school.

2013

Jan. 2: Warren County School District, winter break ends, school resumes.

Jan. 5 - 26: Ivan Fortushniak, era-mashing allegorical paintings by the Indiana University professor. Public opening reception: Saturday, Jan. 5, 6-8 pm

Jan. 6: Chautauqua Chamber Singers 12th Night Concert, First United Methodist Church, 200 Market St., Warren, 4 p.m.

Jan. 6: Bill Cosby live, Library Theatre, 2 p.m. (723-7231).

Jan. 12-13: Warren County Outdoor & Travel Show, sponsored by Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry and Council on Tourism, www.wccbi.org.

Jan. 21: Warren County School District, Professional Development Day, no school for students

Jan. 22: Warren County School District, Professional Development Day, no school for students

Jan. 23: Warren Concert Association, "The Great American Songbook," Library Theatre, 7:30 p.m.(723-6505)
