Statutory Sexual Assault. As a result of an investigation by Warren-based state police, Timothy Bean, 20, has been arrested and charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of a minor. According to police, Bean had sexual contact with a known female when she was 12-13 years old and he was 18 years old. Bean was arraigned before District Magistrate Glenn Carlson and returned to the Warren County Jail where he is committed on an unrelated incident. Further court action is pending.
