Jacob Gorton had not one, but two high marks over the weekend with his performances at Riverside Lanes. Gorton finished with a 611 series in the Riverside Majors League before backing that up with a 606 series in the Riverside Adult-Junior League.
The highest youth mark of the weekend was hit by Casey Vincent in the adult-junior league with a 616 series. Vincent's high game was a closing 237.
On Sunday evening, Vic Valone used consistent games of 258, 235 and 237 to roll a men's county-high series of 730.
