Cases handled in Central Court

Three people were held for court and two people pleaded guilty during Warren County Central Court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Glenn S. Carlson.

The following defendants' cases were held for court:

Claude Bower, 30 Fourth St., Youngsville, on charges of driving under the influence: general impairment/incapable of driving safely - 2nd offense, driving under the influence: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) - 2nd offense, and careless driving.

John Jarbabka, Jr., 336 Prospect St., Pittsfield, on charges of simple assault and harrassment - subjecting other to physical contact.

Paul Kocur, 1595 Lanning Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, on three counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another.

The following defendants' pleaded guilty:

Lindsey Seyfang, 11 Franklin St., to disorderly conduct. Charges of theft by unlawful taking - movable property and receiving stolen property were withdrawn.

Nicole Rossman, 309 N. State St., North Warren, to the charge of retail theft.
