Sentences handed down in county court

Twenty defendants were sentenced Friday in Warren County Court with Judge Maureen Skerda presiding.

Eric Anderson, 226 Jacob Lane, Warren, was sentenced to one year probation, $950 in fines and fees, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, attend self help meetings, obtain employment and perform 30 hours of community service for one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Elwood Blair III, 10110 Little Valley, N.Y., to 13 days to two years in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, pay $800 in fines and fees, $151.12 in restitution and perform 50 hours of community service for one charge of theft by deception; to $800 in fines and fees, $215.45 in restitution, 50 hours of community service, two years of probation for theft by deception; and $100 fines and fees and $133.94 in restitution for theft by deception. Blair is eligible for immediate parole.

Danniele E. Bloom, 1104, Pennsylvania Ave. East, Apt. B, to $700 in fines and fees, $152 in restitution, two years probation, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, 60 hours of community service for simple assault. Bloom was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

A bench warrant was issued for Alan Breese, 3009 Perry Highway, Hadley, Pa., for failure to appear. Breese is charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol and careless driving.

Ronald Myron Chamberlain, Jr., to $2,450 in fines and fees, an 18-month drivers license suspension, 15 months to five years in a state correctional institution, attend the highway safety school, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 30 hours of community service when paroled for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; to 90 days to two years to run consecutive to his prior sentence, $1,000 in fines and fees for a total aggregate sentence of 90 days to seven years in a state correctional institution. Chamberlain is not eligible for bootcamp or RRRI.

Fred L. Ellis, Warren County Jail, to $950 in fines and fees, a two year drivers license suspension, six to 12 months in the Warren County Jail, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation with credit for 110 days served for simple possession; to $1,000 in fines and fees, five to 11 months in the Warren County Jail to run consecutive to his prior charge for possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 in fines and fees, one year of probation and must undergo and complete drug and alcohol treatment; to one year of additional probation and continued drug and alcohol treatment for loitering and prowling at night time. His aggregate sentence is 11 to 23 months in the Warren County Jail with 110 days for time served and two years of probation. Ellis is work release eligible.

Melissa A. Foreman, 68 Houghton Drive, Sheffield, to $950 in fines and fees, $470 in restitution, one year of probation, attend weekly self help meetings and follow the recommendation of counseling, find employment and perform 60 hours of community service for criminal conspiracy possession of a controlled substance; to $500 in fines and fees, one year of probation, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and perform 60 hours of community service for criminal conspiracy for possession of a controlled substance.

"I assume full responsibility for my actions...I've lost everything for this," Foreman said to Skerda before sentencing. "The Warren County Drug Task Force saved my life."

Bruce Leroy Gray, 1822 Yankee Bush Rd., Warren, to $38,165.46 in restitution, $2,250 in fines and fees, an 18 month drivers license suspension and an alternate sentence of five years with seven months of restrictive sentencing including 60 days in the Warren County Jail, 120 days in house arrest with a alcohol monitor and 53 months of general supervision for DUI high rate of alcohol and careless driving. Gray must also attend three AA meetings a week with a sponsor, attend the alcohol highway safety school, undergo drug and alcohol counseling and performs 30 hours of community service.

Matthew James Gray, 218 North Carver St., Warren, to $850 in fines and fees, $4,044.20 in restitution, two years of consecutive probation, maintain employment, undergo a drug and alcohol treatment and attend self help meetings for theft by unlawful taking; and 80 hours of community service for receiving stolen property. Gray was ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Cody James Haines, 158 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, to $1,100 in fines and fees, a minimum of eight months to three years in a state correctional institution with 98 days served, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for criminal trespass; to six months to two years in a state correctional institution for simple assault; to $500 in fines and fees and $50 in restitution and two months to one year in a state correctional institution for institutional vandalism; four to 12 months to run consecutively for resisting arrest or other law enforcement; three months to two years for resisting arrest or other law enforcement; three months to two years for resisting arrest or other law enforcement to run concurrent to the previous charge; two months to one year to run consecutive to the previous charge for disorderly conduct; and $300 in fines for criminal mischief that was merged with a charge of criminal mischief and public drunkenness. Haines aggregate sentence is 25 months to 10 years in a state correctional institution with drug and alcohol treatment and 98 days of time served. Haines was ordered to have no contact with the victim and is not RRRI or bootcamp eligible.

A bench warrant was issued for Michael C. Knepp, 416 W. 6th St., Jamestown, N.Y., for failure to appear.

Marc Alan Lewis, 1618 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Warren to $850 in fines and fees, $248.17 in restitution, nine days to two years in the Warren County Jail for simple assault. Lewis is eligible for immediate parole.

Tyler Leland Martin, 8166 Beaver Rd., Grayling, MI, to $1,000 in fines and fees, six months to two years in the Warren County Jail with 86 days for time served, two years probation, must complete a sexual offender evaluation and follow the recommended treatment, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, attempt to obtain a G.E.D. and 70 hours of community service for statutory sexual assault.

Travis Leroy McIntyre, 37 5th St., Youngsville, to $2,100 in fines and fees, 30 days to one year in the Warren County Jail with 30 days credit, a six months license suspension, undergo a drug and alcohol treatment, attend self help meetings and perform 70 hours of community service for simple possession.

Mark A. Rodgers, II, 17 W. 3rd Ave., Apt. 3, to $750 in fines and fees, $638 in restitution, 33 days to two years in the Warren County Jail with three days for time served, undergo drug and alcohol treatment and must find employment. Rodgers is early work release eligible.

Adam Lee Smith, 101 Sherman Hill Rd., Bear Lake, to $650 in fines and fees, 10 months to two years in a state correctional institution and must undergo a mental health evaluation.

Angela Smith, Warren County Jail, to $1,750 in fines and fees, 30 days to two years with 30 days credit for time served in the Warren County Jail, 80 hours of community service, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and write a letter of apology to the victim for simple assault; to $300 in fines and fees for public drunkenness.

Harry S. Snyder, Jr., 108 Water St., Apt. 1, to $600 in fines and fees, two years of probation to run consecutive to his prior sentence, undergo a mental health evaluation, complete anger management evaluation and follow recommendations for terroristic threats.

James R. Sullivan, 140 Dey Lane, Garland, Pa., to $650 in fines and fees, $16.28 in restitution, two years of probation, 30 hours of community service and must make an effort to pass the G.E.D. program for retail theft.

Keith Eugene Urey, 14433 Castile Rd., Guys Mills, Pa., to $1,150 in fines and fees, $24,467 in restitution, five years probation, 70 hours of community service, and must undergo drug and alcohol evaluation for criminal mischief.

Eric Eugene Wenzel, 3 W. Third St., to $850 in fines and fees, 90 days of house arrest with a alcohol monitor, 70 hours of community service and was ordered to have no contact with the victim for simple assault.
