Carol Marie Bubash Anderson of Broomfield, Co., passed away peacefully at 10:17 p.m. November 23, 2012, at her home after an extended illness.
Born January 10, 1945, in Masontown, Pa., Carol was the daughter of George and Mary Sedlak Bubash Losh.
She was a 1962 graduate of Youngsville, Pa., High School and received her RN license at the Jameson School of Nursing in New Castle, Pa.
Carol was a nurse in both Pittsburgh, Pa. and Anchorage, Ak., before owning her own sweater and flower shops in Anchorage.
She was an active member of the Anchorage First Congregational Church and after moving to Redding, Ca., became a member of the Redding Newcomers Club.
She enjoyed gardening, floral arranging, traveling, cooking and being with family and friends.
Her husband, J. Gary Anderson, who she married in 1966, survives in Broomfield, along with their daughter, Sonya Seidler and husband Craig, of Louisville, Co., and two grandchildren, Emma and Jack. Also surviving are two sisters, Frances Brennan and husband Michael of Warren, Pa., and Marylyn Wiedmaier of Co., a brother, William Bubash and wife Kathy of Corry, Pa., as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Bubash II.

Memorial services will be held at Darrell Howe Mortuary, 1701 W. South Boulder Road, Lafayette, Co., at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012.
