Warren

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on November 23 Alex Giordan, 23, Warren, was cited for harassment and criminal trespass after officers were dispatched to a reported assault after he entered the residence of the victim uninvited and started a physical altercation.

DUI. Warren City Police reported that on November 22, Andrew Close, 26, Warren, was charged with two counts of DUI, turning movements and required signals and traffic control signals following a traffic stop during a roving DUI patrol detail.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that on November 24, Craig Bennett, 23, Warren, was charged with public drunkenness after he was fond be intoxicated and urinating in public.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that on November 28, Matthew Matha, 21, Warren, was cited with public drunkenness after officers found him staggering down the street in an obvious state of intoxication.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that Jeremy Maka, 31, Warren, was cited for harassment after officers were called to an apartment building where he reportedly shoved the victim in the stairway without provocation.

Endangering the welfare of a child. Warren City Police reported that on November 28, Joseph Hilliard, 20, Warren, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct, purchase of alcohol by a minor and simple assault after officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Hilliard was arraigned of front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and placed in the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Possession. Warren City Police reported that on November 25, Levi Dunham, 34, Warren, was charged with resisting arrest, simple assault, possession of small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment after officers were called to a domestic dispute. Officers attempted to place him under arrest and he resisted and attempted to get away from them. Dunham was arraigned in front of District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth and placed in the Warren County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Bad checks. Warren City Police reported on November 27 that Cynthia Johnson, 38, Sheffield, was charged with bad checks after an investigation by city police that she had issued a check to a local business for $210.00 and it was returned due to non-sufficient funds.

Elk Twp.

Defiant trespass. Warren-based state police reported that Richard Ronald Baker, 50, Coraopolis, Pa., went onto a wooded lot behind Red Oaks campground without permission of the owner on November 27 at approximately noon. The property is posted "private property - no trespassing," according to police. Baker has been cited for defiant trespass through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
