It is that time of the year again in which Santa must prepare a budget (unlike our politicians and government). If he does not have a budget he definitely will fall off a FISCAL CLIFF. As part of his budget, he must determine what transportation he must use to deliver presents. Since the forecast does not look like we will have any accumulation of snow, he will probably have to use his jeep instead of the usual sleigh and reindeer.
One of his major transportation costs is gasoline. In checking on the internet he found that the national average cost for gasoline is $3.45 per gallon. One of his main refueling locations is Warren, Pa. In checking fuel costs in Warren he found the cost to be $3.65 per gallon. In order to stay within his budget of $3.45 per gallon he has a couple of choices.
He can obtain additional fuel tanks and weld them to his jeep so he can purchase enough gasoline at his budgeted price of ($3.45 per gallon) to get him through the Warren Area or he could detour the Warren Area.
If he chooses the first option, the gas tanks would take up excess area and he would not have room for all the presents..this could be a BIG PROBLEM.
If he chooses the second option, there would be a massive amount of presents that would not be delivered.
Maybe those persons that set the gasoline prices in the Warren Area will get some Christmas Spirit and decide to lower their prices to the National Average which would help Santa and make it so everyone could have a Very Merry Christmas.
