Warren

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two vehicle accident on November 26 at 7 a.m. at the intersection of Market Street and Third Avenue. A 2012 Ford Escape driven by Michelle R. Krogler, Warren, was traveling westbound on Third Avenue when she ran a red light, striking a 2005 Toyota 4Runner driven by Sara M. Eckman, Warren, as it was traveling southbound on Market Street. Upon impact. Krogler's vehicle spun 180 degrees and came to final rest facing east in the westbound lane of Third Avenue, just short of the intersection with Market Street. Eckman's vehicle continued southwest, striking the traffic light pole before completing a full roll over, striking two traffic signs, before coming to rest in the southbound lane of Market Street. Both individuals were taken to Warren General Hospital for minor injuries. Krogler's vehicle was towed by Koebley's and Eckman's vehicle was towed by Pennmark. Warren City Police and the Warren Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on US 6 in Brokenstraw Township on November 25 at 9:05 p.m. A 2010 Mercury Milan, driven by Allison A. Jones, Russell, was traveling west on US 6 when a deer jumped out from the east berm. The vehicle struck the deer in the westbound lane and sustained disabling front end damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Jones and two passengers, Sydnie Hoffman and Lindsay Freeborough, both of Warren, were not injured.

Conewango Twp.

Crash. Conewango Township Police responded to an accident on November 15 at 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of Rt. 62 and Jackson Run Road. The crash occurred as Kevin Jenkins, Jamestown, NY, was traveling east on Jackson Run Road and rear-ended Ellen Lindell, Warren. Lindell had a complaint of back and neck pain and was transported to Warren General Hospital by EmergyCare. Following an investigation, Jenkins was cited for reckless driving and following too closely.

DUI. Conewango Township Police reported that Jason Todd, Warren, was traveling north on Market Streeet and was observed by Youngsville Police, as they were leaving the Warren County Courthouse, driving erratically on November 15 at 2:30 p.m. Conewango Township Police, who were investigating a crash, were then called by Youngsville police as Todd was failing to stop. Todd eventually stopped on North State Street and was then taken into custody for DUI. His BAC was found to be .43 percent. Todd was charged by Conewango Township Police with various traffic violations and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol for impaired driving and being well over the legal limit of .08.

Mead Twp.

Criminal trespass. Warren-based state police reported that Daniel P. Mosser, Upper Marlboro, MD, was found to be hunting on property belonging to Papco on Brown Run Road. The land was clearly posted in a manner as prescribed by law, according to police. Charges will be filed against Mosser with District Justice Laura Bauer.

Tidioute

Hit and run. Tidioute Borough Police reported that an unknown driver operating a red vehicle struck a vehicle owned by Adam Devore between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 24 causing moderate damage to the front end of his vehicle while it was parked in a lot at 130 Main Street. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tidioute Police.
