Sugar Grove defeated the wintry weather and topped all other teams this week in the Penn York Winter Trap League at Celoron Rod and Gun Club.
There were 145 shooters participating and Sugar Grove was again the winning team.
Ethan Black was the only flawless shooter. Michael McDunn and Andrew Hvizdzak both shot 48 to tie for high junior and Elijah Trawick was the high sub-junior with a 44. Rose Corbran, Cindy Cable and JoAnn Lewis all shot 47 to tie for the high lady position. Spear Proukou shot 47 to be the high vet. Jack Kostkas and Tom Sleeman both shot 47 to tie for high senior vet. Bill Dallas was the high super senior vet with a 46.
Next week's shoot will be at the Kane Fish and Game Club.
