Dan Templeton, 58, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 25, 2012 in Fort Wayne, Ind. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl W. Templeton of Ft. Wayne, Ind., daughters Sarah J. (Kevin) Wilson, Allison Templeton, and son Glen D. Templeton. He is also survived by his mother, Janet C. Templeton of Warren, Pa., brothers W. Montgomery (Monty) Templeton of Warren, Pa., Andrew W. (Andy) Templeton of Tulsa, Okla., and sister, Tracey T. Kranak also of Warren, Pa. Funeral arrangements are being handled by D.O.
