November 24, 2012

The Warren City Planning Commission took less than five minutes Wednesday morning to approve a change in property boundaries.

Members approved a request to subdivide one lot and attach the subdivision to a neighboring lot on the eastern end of the city near Glade Township.

The properties in question, the Wagner property, is situated on Hemlock Street near Bauer Street.

"Actually, this is what we encourage under the building and land usage regulations," Warren City Planning Director David Hildebrand said, "increasing lot sizes to better support buildings and offsets."
