One person was bound, one more was bound in absence, and three people pleaded guilty during Warren County central court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
The following defendant's case was bound over:
Daniel C. Hellman, 8440 Route 426, Corry, on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment-subjecting other to physical contact.
The following defendant's case was bound over for court in her absence:
Sara M. Tomassoni, 17 1/2 Plum St.,on charges of conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property, forgery-altering writing, theft by unlawful taking-moving property, acquiring or obtaining possession of controlled substance by misrepresentation, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person who is not registered.
The following pleaded guilty:
Dale J. Yucha, 302 E. Fifth Ave., to public drunkenness and similar misconduct.
Joseph W. Letendre Jr, 317 E. Fifth Ave., to harassment.
Seth D. Clark, 124 Beaty St., to harassment.
