Limestone Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 11 p.m. on Nov. 17 on SR37, Benjamin Thompson, age 36, of Conneaut, OH, was stopped by Troopers after he was observed driving a 2006 Chevrolet Pickup Truck that had committed several traffic violations. Thompson was subsequently arrested for DUI.

Mead Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that at 12 p.m. on Nov. 18, on Kinzua Rd., 935 feet northwest of Kinzua Dam, a crash occurred when Alyse R. Bisbee, age 21, Union City, was traveling on SR59, when she lost control while driving a 2001 Dodge, when she hit an icy patch. She traveled off the south side of the road and impacted a ditch causing the car to roll over. The car came to rest on its wheels facing west. Bisbee had minor injury and was transported to Warren General Hospital.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that between 12 and 4 p.m. on Nov. 4, a Stihl chop saw valued at $1,000 was stolen from Marvin Sander, Sugar Grove. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Found Property. Warren-based state police reported that at 11:15 a.m. on Nov. 13, on Hoag Rd. between North Rd. and the New York state line, eight man hole flanges were found. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers. The owner may claim the property by contacting PSP Warren at 814-728-3600.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that between 6 p.m. on Nov. 17 and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 18, an unknown person entered the residence of Courtney Chamberlain, age 29, Sugar Grove, and stole prescription medication and loose change. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Warren or PA Crime Stoppers.

Clarendon Boro.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that at 6:25 a.m. on Nov. 16 on High St. with its intersection with US6, a crash occurred as a driver was turning left onto High St. from SR6. A juvenile pedestrian was walking toward the intersection with SR6 on the right side of the roadway. Entering High St., the driver crossed over onto the left side of the roadway striking the the pedestrian's right side with the left front corner or the car in the area of the headlamp. The driver stopped briefly upon impact, then proceeded north on High St. without stopping to exchange information. The pedestrian crossed High St. in an easterly direction. The pedestrian had minor injury.
