Warren

Public drunkeness. Warren City Police cited Roger Morse, 61, Warren on Nov. 17 with Public Drunkenness after officers were called regarding a man sitting on the ground heavily intoxicated.

Disorderly conduct. According to Warren City Police, on Nov. 17 David Williams, 26, Warren and Steven Bilskie, 27, Warren were both cited for disorderly conduct/ engage in fighting after officers were called to a report of 2 men fighting.

Harrassment. Douglas Hall, 51, Warren, was cited for Harassment on Nov. 13 after officers were called to his residence for a domestic dispute where he reportedly pushed and shoved the victim.

Vandalism. Roger Dalo, 63, Warren, was charged on Nov. 19 by Warren City Police by criminal complaint with institutional vandalism following an incident following a hearing at the Warren County Court House.

Harrassment. On Nov. 16 Michael VanTassel, 31, Warren, was cited by Warren City Police for harassment when officers were called to a report of a past tense domestic dispute.

Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police reported that at 12:01 a.m. on Nov. 18, James Matthew Scott, age 53, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was seen facing into the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Schantz St., urinating on the street corner.

Youngsville

Theft by Deception. The Youngsville Police Dept. is investigating several incidents of females going to residents in the Borough asking for money. One female approached a residence and told them that a family member was being taken to a hospital in Erie and they were following the ambulance, but ran out of gas and need money to buy gas. Another female has used the excuse that they needed to get money for a family member who was in need of cancer medications. The two females have been identified. Anyone who may have been approached or gave money to either of the females are asked to contact the Youngsville Police Dept. at 814-563-7555.

McKean County

Body Recovered. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 5 p.m. on Nov. 20, the body of Michael Snyder was recovered from the Kinzua Dam. Snyder was located in the same area where the body of his wife was recovered on Nov. 11. This investigation has been turned over to the PA Fish and Boat Commission. Special thanks to the Ludlow Fire Dept., the Kane Fire Dept., and the Glade Twp. Rescue and Dive Team for their continued efforts in the search.

Farmington Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state policed reported that 6:44 a.m. on Nov. 17, a crash occurred on Jackson Run Rd. east of Swede Rd. A car driven by Julia K. Huntoon, age 23, Warren, was traveling westbound on SR69 when a deer entered the roadway directly into its traveling path. The car struck the deer and came to rest on the berm of the roadway. Huntoon was able to move her vehicle off of the road with assistance from a passing motorist. Huntoon was not injured. Her car was towed from the scene.
