Two people were bound over, two more were bound in their absence, one person pleaded guilty and charges against another were withdrawn Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Justice Laura Bauer.
The following defendants' case was bound over:
David W. Brewer, 102 Hammond St., charged with possession of controlled substance by person not registered and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shannon M. Wolfe, 6185 Market St. Ext. charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault complainant less than 13 years old, sexual assault, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse less than 13 years of age, indecent assault person less than 16 years of age, corruption of minors and indecent exposure.
The following were bound for court in their absence:
Zachary A. Mihailoff, 32089 State Highway 408, Townville, charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment subject other to physical contact.
Lindsay N. Schmidt, 6047 Route 474, Ashville, N.Y., charged with theft by unlawful taking movable property.
The following pleaded guilty:
Melissa F. Brown, 43 Laverne Dr., Youngsville, to welfare fraud.
Vernon C. Nelson, 117 Central Ave., to disorderly conduct.
The following were withdrawn:
Charges of simple assault and harassment subject other to physical contact against Kevin W. Huet, 3427 Flat Rd., Grand Valley.
