Charged. Warren City Police said Timothy Bean, 20, Sheffield, was charged by criminal complaint with possession of child pornography on Nov. 13. According to police, a complaint was received that Bean possessed what is considered child pornography on his cell phone.
Cited. Warren City Police said Jason Todd, 39, Warren, was cited for criminal trespass on Nov. 2 when he was asked to leave a local business and refused.
Cited. Warren City Police said Nathaniel Colvin, 19, Warren, was cited for retail theft on Nov. 5 after he reportedly concealed items at a local business with the intention of not paying for them.
Cited. Warren City Police said Donald Robeson, 45, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment on Nov. 11 following a fight with another person.
Charged. Warren City Police said Jess Ross, 29, Warren, was charged through criminal complaint with disorderly conduct and simple assault on Nov. 11 after he engaged in a fight and caused injury to another person.
Charged. Warren City Police said Justin Kinney, 38, Spartansburg, was charged through criminal complaint with simple assault on Nov. 8 following a domestic dispute. Police said Kinney was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Charged. Warren City Police said Michael Battko, 28, Pittsfield, was charged with DUI and driving an uninspected and unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop on Nov. 3.
Cited. Warren City Police said a juvenile was cited for underage drinking when officers were called to a residence on a report of domestic violence on Nov. 2.
Charged. Warren City Police said Justin Theuret, 22, Grand Valley, was charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 11 because of excessive noise by neighbors after officers were called to a party he was attending.
Taken into custody. Warren City Police said a juvenile was taken into custody on Nov. 12 following an incident that occurred during school when he reportedly caused a disturbance, assaulted a police officer and caused damage to school property.
Cited. Warren City Police said Arthur Johnson, 19, Warren, was cited for harassment on Nov. 11 after officers were called to his residence for a physical domestic disturbance.
Charged. Warren City Police said Alexander Layden, 45, Tiona, was charged with public drunkenness on Nov. 11 after officers were called to a report of an intoxicated male knocking on doors and asking for money. Police said Layden was committed to the Warren County Jail with $250 bail.

Retail theft. Personnel at Country Fair told Warren-based state police that at 9:09 p.m. on Nov. 10 an unknown white male pumped $37.31 worth of gasoline into his dark-colored SUV-type vehicle and left without paying.
Forest County
DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 11, Nick Schmader, Warren, was traveling on Forestry Road 410 to pick up his son from a party. Police said they were on the scene at the same party for a report of underage drinking. Police said Schmader was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the state police barracks.
