PFA violation. Warren-based state police said between Nov. 7 and 11, Paul Kocur, 54, Sugar Grove, made threats to an acquaintance, that he was going to kill three members of his family. Police said all three are currently protected by active PFA orders issued on Kocur. Police said Kocur was taken into custody, arraigned before District Justice Laura Bauer and placed in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police said at 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 11 Kurt Raymond, 30, Sugar Grove, used obscene language while yelling at a 29-year-old female victim and threatened to push her vehicle off his property along Route 957. Police said he was charged with disorderly conduct.
