Members of the Ladies Auxiliary prepared the POW/MIA Table as Patriotic Instructor Bev Stotler explained what each item represented. Items on the table included the white table cloth, single red rose, red ribbon, slice of lemon, salt, the Bible, empty chair covered with the black cover, candle, and American Flag. Each item has a specific meaning.
The Invocation and Benediction were given by Chaplain Justin Beckland.
Members of Post 8803 Firing Squad gave the Salute to the Dead followed by Taps played by Jessica Johnson.
Please remember our Veterans and those who lost their lives as well as those who are missing in action.
They all have given a great sacrifice so that we can remain free.
