Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between 4 and 10 a.m. on Nov. 6, an unknown suspect went to the residence of Michael C. Hutley, age 21, Russell, and proceeded to remove a 1983 Honda 200E Big Red ATC, red in color, from Hutley's front yard. The ATC was on the front lawn located next to a for sale sign, along the side of the roadway. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers. Investigation is pending.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that at 10:02 p.m. on Nov. 7, a crash occurred, as Bradley J. Snyder, age 37, Kane, driving a 1996 Chevrolet K-10 and Michael A. Shingledecker, age 59, Kane, driving a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500, were traveling east on SR6 nearing its intersection with Tollgate Rd. Snyder passed Shingledecker on the left while traveling eastbound in the westbound lane, in a no passing zone. Shingledecker turned onto Tollgate Rd., heading north, directly into the path of eastbound Snyder. Upon turning north, Shingledecker was struck by Snyder on the driver side near the rear fender. Upon impact, Snyder's passenger side front tire struck the dual wheels of Shingledecker's truck, causing Snyder to roll onto its driver's side and come to rest. Snyder came to rest facing north in the southbound lane of Tollgate Rd., approximately 15 feet from the point of impact. Shingledecker continued north on Tollgate Rd. for approximately 600 feet before coming to rest in the northbound lane facing north. Snyder experienced minor injury. His car was towed from the scene. He was charged with Limitations on Passing on Left.
