Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., Warren, will be closed Monday, Nov. 12, for Veteran's Day. Bingo with Isabel normally played on Monday will be played Tuesday, Nov. 13, beginning at 1 p.m.

Sunday in Starbrick
Starbrick Community Church, 168 Weiler Rd., will have a special music presentation by the children of the church at the 10 a.m. service on Nov. 11. Additional music will include a duet with Hannah Chase and Grace Wells. Assistant minister, Trevor Smith, will give a short devotion with the scripture reading. Lynn Finlan and Pastor Wells will sing "Onward Christian Soldiers." There will be a special recognition for the veterans. The public is invited.

The Marine Corps League will celebrate its 237th birthday at a party planned for 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at their building at 2355 Jackson Ave. All Marines and guests are invited.
Cancer support offered
The Women's Cancer Support Group will meet in Conference Room B at Warren General Hospital at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15. Participants should take discussion questions. There will be a collection of canned goods for the Northwest Saving Bank Second Harvest Food Bank food drive.
