The Warren County Commissioners opened 12 bids for vehicles the county is selling during their Monday afternoon work session at the Warren County Courthouse.
The county is selling five used vehicles, including a Chevrolet Tahoe, a Dodge Neon, a Ford Econoline van and two Chevrolet Impalas from 2001 and 2003.
Chicago Motors Inc. bid $307 for the 2003 Impala and $507 for the 2001 Impala.
Chapman's Auto Sales of Bear Lake bid $1,250 for the 2003 Impala, $425 for the 2001 Impala, $625 for the Chevrolet Tahoe, and $425 for the Dodge Neon.
Tiffany Teraska of Warren bid $2,535 for the Ford Econoline van.
Kale Asp of Pittsfield bid $903.04 for the 2003 Impala, $805.04 for the 2001 Impala, and $865.02 for Dodge Neon.
The Warren County Fire Police in Sheffield bid $1,005 for the Ford Econoline van.
Harold Cochran, Jr. of Bear Lake bid $1,225 for the Chevrolet Tahoe and $175 for the Dodge Neon.
George Meade of Youngsville bid $876 for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala.
Grace Quality Car Inc., of Morrisville, Pa., bid $441 for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala and $241 for the 2001 Chevrolet Impala.
Kibbeys Auto Parts Connection of Sugar Grov bid $425 for the 2003 Impala, $435 for the 2001 Impala, $500 for the Chevrolet Tahoe, $250 for the Dodge Neon, and $500 for the Ford Econoline.
Aaron Wins, of Warren bid $1,200 for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala.
Rarey's Auto Service of Warren bid $1,051 for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala, $351 for the 2001 Chevrolet Impala, $902 for the Chevrolet Tahoe, $351 for the Dodge Neon, and $751 for the Ford Econoline van.
Donald Saporito of Warren bid $1,001.50 for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala, $195 for the 2001 Chevrolet Impala, $610 for the Chevrolet Tahoe, $295 for the Dodge Neon and $348 for the Ford Econoline van.
Chief Clerk Pam Matve said high bids will be announced during next week's commissioners meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 9:30 a.m. and the winners sent letters of notification. After that, the high bidders have a week to pay for and remove the vehicles.
