agencies who, in turn,
serve our entire community.
Warren County 4-H is celebrating 100 years of developing life skills in youth in Pennsylvania. From Rural Beginnings to Global Success, the 4-H program continues to reach youth through varying modes. Traditional clubs in the county focus on teaching youth project based skills while developing leadership, problem solving, decision making, communication, and teamwork skills. School enrichment programs offer teachers and students projects highlighting educational standards. Afterschool clubs participate in short activities that are themed in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The mission of the 4-H program is to help youth become self directed, productive and contributing members of a diverse society. Warren County 4-H program provides opportunities for youth to lead club activities as elected officers, design programs through club participation, develop citizenship by immersing themselves in their community, and achieve collaboration through a multitude of experiences. The partnership with the United Fund of Warren County has assisted 4-H in maintaining the program while offering expanded opportunities. The United Fund of Warren County is helping
