Eight individuals entered guilty pleas in plea court proceedings on Friday afternoon with the President Judge Maureen Skerda presiding.
The following people entered pleas:
Eric Andersen, 226 Jacob Lane, Warren, to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.
Danniele E. Bloom, 1104 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, to one amended count of simple assault. One count each of harassment and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
Cody James Haines, 158 Wilderness Park, Clarendon to the following charges: criminal trespass, simple assault, institutional vandalism, three counts of resisting arrest or other law enforcement, disorderly conduct, two counts of criminal mischief and public drunkenness. A count of aggravated assault - injury to police officer, two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of harassment were not prosecuted.
Michael C. Knepp, 416 West Sixth Street, Jamestown, NY, to one count each of reckless driving, driving while under suspension and possession of a controlled substance. Two counts of restriction on alcoholic beverages and one count each of driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving, registration/certification of title, unauthorized transfer or use of registration and required financial responsibility were not prosecuted.
Tyler Leland Martin, 8166 Beaver Road, Grayling, MI, to one count of statutory sexual assault. One count each of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors were not prosecuted.
Travis Leroy McIntyre, 37 Fifth Street, Youngsville, to one count of misdemeanor possession with intent to deliver. Two counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communications facility and three counts of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) were not prosecuted.
Keith Eugene Urey, 14433 Castile Road, Guys Mills, to one count of criminal mischief. Two counts of arson and related offenses, one count of criminal mischief, two counts of criminal conspiracy (arson), two counts of criminal conspiracy (burglary), two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.
Christopher Jameel Beason, Erie County Prison, to one count of indecent exposure. One count of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted. Beason was sentenced to 9 months to two years in a state correctional institution with credit for time served. Incarceration will run consecutive to an Erie county sentence. He was also sentenced to pay costs of prosecution, a $100 booking fee, a $500 fine and participate in sex offender treatment.
