Mrs. Elaine D. Osborne, 78, a resident of the Rouse Home in Youngsville, formerly of Grand Valley, died at 5:16 AM on Thursday, November 01, 2012.
Mrs. Osborne was born on July 26, 1934 in Grand Valley to the late Lawrence and Margaret Loomis Baker. She married Charles M. Osborne on October 24, 1952 in Titusville. Mr. Osborne preceded her in death on December 20, 1998.
She was employed by the former Rowe's Flower Shop in Titusville and with Blair's New Process in Irvine.

Mrs. Osborne was a member of the Grand Valley United Methodist Church.
She is survived by four children, Joseph Osborne and wife Tracy of Spotsylvania, VA, Thomas Osborne and wife Vicki of Alice Springs, Australia, Melanie Cheney and husband Marc, and Todd Osborne and wife Sherri, all of Titusville; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Wright of Grand Valley and Caroline Bower and husband Raymond of Youngsville; a brotherinlaw, Henry Stec of Garland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Osborne was preceded in death by four brothers, Byron Baker, Ronald Baker, Richard Baker, Sheldon Baker, six sisters, Madeline Jackson, Evelyn Brown, Dorothy Seber, Maxine Baker, Lenore Tydus, and Margaret Stec.
Friends may attend a memorial service at the Grand Valley United Methodist Church on Sunday at 4:00 PM with Rev. Ralph Culp, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in Loomis Cemetery, Grand Valley.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Valley United Methodist Church, Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Dept., The Rouse Home of Youngsville, or to Hospice of Warren County.
