Brokenstraw Twp.

Indecent assault. Warren-based state police reported that between Oct. 21 at 11 p.m. and Oct. 22 at 2 a.m. Bradley Adam Cooper, 22, Warren, allegedly assaulted a known 44-year-old female at a residence in Youngsville. Cooper has been charged with indecent assault, false imprisonment and harassment. Cooper is also on probation with the Warren County Adult Probation Department. Police reported that Cooper was taken into custody on Oct. 31.

Conewango Twp.

Stolen. Conewango Township Police reported that a 1972 15-foot Grumman square back aluminum canoe valued at $250 was taken from behind 21601 Route 6 in Starbrick (the former Blair outlet) between Oct. 26 and Oct. 29. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Charged. Conewango Township police said David Cutler, 443 Jacob Lane, was charged with felony hindering apprehension and investigation following the capture at his residence earlier in the week of James Sorensen, a Warren County Jail inmate who had walked away from a work release detail. Police said Cutler told Warren County Sheriff's deputies that he had not seen Sorensen that day and that Sorensen was not inside his residence. Police said a search of the residence located Sorensen. Cutler was taken to the Warren County Jail for a probation violation by Warren County Adult Probation officers. Police said charges have been filed at District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Mead Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a three-vehicle accident on Oct. 31 at approximately 3:03 p.m. on Route 6 just east of Route 59. According to police, a 2009 Acura TSX driven by Daniel E. Sloppy, Erie, was traveling west on Route 6 and a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Dale J. Galetta, Russell, and a 2011 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Richard Hitchock, Russell. were both stopped in the lane of traffic. Police said Sloppy failed to see the other vehicles and struck Galetta's vehicle in the rear, causing Galetta's vehicle to strike Hitchock's vehicle. Galletta was transported Warren General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Sloppy received a minor leg injury and his vehicle was towed from the scene. Police said Sloppy was cited for careless driving. Hitchock and a passenger, Amber Oyler, Warren, were not injured.

Pittsfield Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on Nov. 1 at noon Yvonne Ames, 34, Youngsville, arrived at the residence of a known 32-year-old male and a known 32-year-old female and subjected them to physical contact inside the residence. Police said Ames has been charged with two counts of harassment through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
