October 30, 2012
The Times Observer

A Grand Valley woman was found not guilty of all prosecuted charges by a jury of her peers.

On Friday, a jury found Lora L. Breon, 11729 Route 27, Grand Valley, not guilty of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.

Two additional counts of criminal use of a telecommunications facility were withdrawn.

Judge Gregory Hammond presided over the trial.

Attorney Garrett Taylor represented Breon and Assistant District Attorney Barry Klenowski prosecuted the case.
