Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported Laura Mohney, 51, Sheffield, had parked her Ford Tempo at the parking lot of Walter's Garage. According to police, between 5:55 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, someone threw chicken wing bones in the front passenger seat.
Theft from motor vehicle. Warren-based state police reported someone removed sound system equipment and tools from a 1999 Dodge Durango owned by a victim, 33, Warren, valued at $1,000 from Jackson Ave. between 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 and 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28.
Youngsville
Charged. Youngsville Borough police have charged Donald Wester Jr., Warren, with retail theft and disorderly conduct. According to police, Wester did not have funds to pay for fuel and, when confronted by Kwik Fill employees, he became violent toward them and threw an item at the cashier. Police said he also took two lighters and a large coffee without paying. Police said citations have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
