One person was held for further court action and charges against another were withdrawn last Wednesday during Warren County central court proceedings before District Magistrate Laura Bauer.
The following defendant's case was bound over:
Brandon Hostovich, 35 Elmwood Dr., charged with possession of controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: controlled substance - impaired ability, careless driving, failure to use safety belt system, disregard for traffic lane (single) and operating or permitting operating with unsafe equipment.
The following were withdrawn:
Charges of indecent assault without consent of the other and harassment - subjecting others to physical contact against Darryl Bapst, Stone Mountain, Ga.
