A Sheffield man was sentenced to state prison for drug-related offenses during Warren County court proceedings Friday.
Judge Maureen Skerda sentenced Juan Castillo, 34, 17 Center St., Sheffield, to 14 months to 5 years in a state correctional institution with credit for 20 days served for criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) and driving while under suspension.
Castillo was also ordered to pay $2,155 in fines and fees, DNA testing, two-year driver's license suspension and undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recommendations.
Also sentenced Friday were:
Rodney L. Baker, II, 36, 108 N. South St., to 12 months to 24 months in a state correctional institution, $850 in fines and fees, mental health assessment and treatment, no contact with the victim and healthy relationship counseling for simple assault.
Michael J. Bradish, 45, 115 Conewango Ave., to 45 days in Warren County Jail, 45 days of inpatient treatment, 180 days of house arrest, 51 months of general supervision, $2,150 in fines and fees, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, 30 hours of community service, two to four weekly self help meetings and six months of counseling for DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving-refusal.
Mary Louise Celotto, 38, Irving, N.Y., to 90 to 120 days in Warren County Jail with credit for 75 days served, 30 days inpatient treatment, 30 days house arrest, 57 months of general supervision, outpatient treatment, self help meetings, obtain a home group and sponsor, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, 30 hours of community service and $230 in fines and fees for DUI: general impairment-incapable of safe driving-refusal and driver required to be licensed.
Michael J. Clopp, 31, last known address 4473 Conewango Ave., to $800 in fines and fees, six-month driver's license suspension, two years probation, 75 hours of community service, drug and alcohol treatment and 30 hours of community service for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shawn D. Dibble, 30, 1 Second Ave. ,Apt. 1, to $1,150 in fines and fees, DNA testing, a six-month driver's license suspension, two years probation, 60 hours community service and drug and alcohol evaluation for possession with intent to deliver.
Ryan Dale Edwards, 28, Frewsburg, N.Y., to nine months to 24 months minus one day in Warren County Jail with credit for 75 days served, $1,400 in fines and fees, no contact with the victim, 100 hours of community service, mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations and healthy relationships counseling for stalking.
Michael Todd Frazier, 24, 407 Market St., to $750 in fines and fees, one-year driver's license suspension, one year probation and 30 hours of community service for possession of controlled substance.
Axel L. Johnson Sr., 50, 323 Wilderness Trailer Park, Clarendon, to 50 months to 60 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 90 days served, $1,250 in fines and fees and sex offender assessment for two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.
Todd Michael Koningisor, 37, 1418 Jackson Run Rd., to $2,369 in fines and fees, 18-month driver's license suspension, 30 days in Warren County Jail, 30 days house arrest, 60 days of monitoring, 55 months of general supervision, attend and pay for county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel and 30 hours of community service for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and maximum speed limits.
Lisa M. Proper, 38, 108 Oak St., Apt. 813, $930 in fines and fees, anger management, two years probation and 50 hours community service for criminal attempt (simple assault) and harassment.
Faye Elizabeth Smith, 33, 1110 Madison Ave., $850 in fines and fees and one year to three years in a state correctional institution for endangering the welfare of a child.
Tony Louis Stover, $1,350 in fines and fees, a six-month driver's license suspension and 90 days to one year in Warren County Jail for possession of controlled substance.
Burdette Guy Thomas, III, 35, 146 Saybrook Rd., Sheffield, to $800 in fines and fees, one year probation, 100 hours community service and no contact with the victim for theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Joshua Jon Turner, 28, 215 N. Parker St., to $1,150, 60 months to 12 years in a state correctional institution with credit for 145 days served, sex offender evaluation and follow recommendations for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Shonda M. Winne, 41, Spartansburg, to $600 in fines and fees, six months to two years minus one day in Warren County Jail with credit for three days served, anger management, follow recommendations and healthy relationships counseling for recklessly endangering another person.
Andrew N. Yaegle, 25, 9 Dogwood Ln., Russell, to $3,450 in fines and fees, 144 hours to one year in Warren County Jail, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, 45 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and follow recommendations for two counts of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+).
Roger Dane Yaegle, 37, 9 Chari Ln., to $2,150 in fines and fees, $1,202.03 in restitution, DNA testing, drug and alcohol evaluation, treatment and 19 months to seven years in a state correctional institution for theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal attempt (robbery).
Jessica Marie York, 30, 941 Dutch Hill Rd., to $1,050 in fines and fees, 12-month driver's license suspension, 44 days to one year in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and one year probation for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Vincent Christeson, 27, 407 Market St., to $900 in fines and fees, $80 in restitution and nine months to two years minus one day in Warren County Jail with credit for 264 days served for terroristic threats.
Demond S. Jordan, 36, Erie, to $1,200 in fines and fees, 15 months to 48 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 70 days served and $100 in restitution for retail theft and criminal conspiracy (retail theft).
Jennifer D. Wilson, 36, Indiana, to $600 in fines and fees, $138.90 in restitution and three months to two years in a state correctional institution for theft by deception.
