Dear Editor,
As a result of V. P. Biden's rude, dismissive, obnoxious, and unprofessional performance at the recent V. P. Debate, I am hopeful the Debate Commission will require all debaters to comply with the following four items: (1) They must attend and successfully pass a course in "Good Manners 101", (2) They must behave as well as the audience is instructed and expected to do, (3) They must be attached to a lie detector machine, with the meter viewable at all times when they are speaking, and (4) They must take a drug test at the end of the debate similar to the one required of those who participate in professional sports.
