Youngsville Eagles
win Chapter finals
The Youngsville Marching Eagles Band became the Tournament of Bands Champions in the Chapter 8 finals Saturday evening, Oct., at Elizabeth Forward School in Elizabeth, Pa.
The Eagles had the show high score of 92.70, as well as high visual, high percussion, and high drum major. The band is currently 2nd out of the 13 chapters in the 9-state area.
The Eagles will be competing in the Atlantic Coast Championship show at Hershey Arena, Hershey.
Office closed
Youngsville Borough Office and services will be closed Friday, Nov. 9, in observance of Veterans Day.
Trick or Treat Hours
Trick or treating in Pine Grove Township will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. Please visit only those houses with the porch lights on.
