Farmington Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police report an alleged domestic dispute occurred at a private Russell residence on Oct. 21 at approximately 11 p.m. Police report Timothy Porter allegedly grabbed a known female, 49, of Russell, forcing her to move and subjecting her to unwanted contact. According to police, Porter will answer to a charge of harassment with District Court #37-3-01 at a later date.

Pittsfield Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police report at 1:52 a.m. on Oct. 21, William Moore, Jr., 18, of Youngsville, was stopped at the intersection of SR 27 and SR 426 for a traffic violation when police found him to be driving under the influence and arrested him. Charges will be filed at MDJ Lindemuth's Office.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police report on Oct. 17 between the hours of 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. David Harkins, 22, Allen Shoemaker, 19, and Robert Marshall, 19, all of Sugar Grove, arrived at the residence of Michael Zurkan Jr., 71, of Warren, with a vehicle they proceeded to load with various pieces of scrap metal which belonged to the victim. The accused then travelled together to NY state and scrapped the metal at a local scrap metal yard. Charges were filed with District Court #37-3-01 charging all three with theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.

Tidioute Boro

Theft/Trespassing. According to Tidioute Boro Police, Robert Schwab of Tidioute, reported an unknown person(s) had been entering his posted property and garage without permission and on Oct. 14, cut a lock on a bait trap and stole the bait. As a result of an investigation, a juvenile allegation will be filed on a 13-year -old male from Tidioute and a 13-year-old male from Warren.

Youngsville

Criminal Trespass. The Youngsville Police Department is investigating a criminal trespass the occurred between the hours of 9 p.m. Oct. 21 and 6 a.m. Oct. 22. According to police, an unknown vehicle drove through the grass behind Youngsville Elementary Middle School and tore up a good portion of the grass. If anyone has any information about the incident, please call Youngsville Police Department at 814-563-7555.

Deerfield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between 5 p.m. on Oct. 13 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 14 on Deerfield Ln., an unknown person took a hunting ground blind, hunting chair, and shooting rest belonging to William Hudspath, Tidioute, then fled. The blind is described as an Ameristep ground blind, the seat is described as a Sportsman's Guide seat, and shooting rail. Anyone with information is asked to call PSP-Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
