William C. Chase, 73, of Golden Living Center Kinzua and formerly of Sugar Grove, died Oct. 21 at Golden Living. The Sugar Grove Branch of McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. is in charge of arrangements and will publish a complete obituary in Tuesday's edition of the Warren Times Observer.
