Three pleaded guilty, two were bound, two were bound in their absence and charges were withdrawn against two others during Warren County central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Glenn Carlson.
The following pleaded guilty:
Jesse Lynn Lyons, 1010 Indian Camp Run, Youngsville to one count of harassment. A charge of simple assault was withdrawn.
Rita Jean Nelson, 2 Anchor St., Clarendon, to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Josef Ronald Hillard, 419 Laurel St., to one count of summary retail theft. A count of conspiracy - retail theft - take merchandise was not prosecuted.
The following were bound for court:
William Edward Housler, 1202 Pennsylvania Ave. W. He has been charged with two counts of manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to deliver, 16 counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, one count of make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapon and one count of possession of a device for intercepting communication.
Roger Stephen Dalo, Warren County Jail. He has been charged with two counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize and one count of disorderly conduct - engage in fighting.
The following were bound for court in their absence:
Clarence Laverne Kelwaski, 14 Sciota St., Jamestown, N.Y. He has been charged with theft by unlawful taking - movable property, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass posted.
Kevin Jon Gray, 10 Mapleleaf Place. He has been charged with one count each of simple assault, disorderly conduct - engage in fighting and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
Phillip J. Wagner, Jr, 17288 Route 27, Titusville, who had been charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment - subjecting another to physical contact.
Anthony Taylor Ponick, 226 Main Ave., who had been charged with one count each of intentional possession of drug paraphernalia and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
