Marian Jo Smith, 83, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at Paradise Valley Hospital in Phoenix.
Marian was born in Kinzua, Pa., on December 15, 1928, a daughter of the late Hazel (Camp) and Gustav Arvid Johnson.
Marion loved to go bowling, and she also loved to travel. All of her friends called her "MJ", and her greatgrandchildren called her "little gramma".
She worked at the Jones Pharmacy and the Rouse Home before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 1980.
She is preceded in death by her husband Cary Smith and her son Blaine Smith. She is survived by 2 daughters: Sandra Devore of Youngsville and Linda Work (and her companion David Dalton) of South Carolina; 2 Sons: Gregory (Christine) Smith, Florida and David Smith of Arizona; 5 Grandchildren: Sonna Hanson, Orlo Work, Krista Smith, Seth DeVore, and Melissa Smith; and 7 greatgreatgrandchildren.
