The Farmington Class of 1952 met at the Cable Hollow Golf Course recently for a 60-year class reunion. There were 35 members of the class who attended the three-story brick school in Sugar Grove. The school was used until Eisenhower was built in 1957. Ten members are deceased. Eleven classmates and six spouses attended this year's reunion. Regrets were received from Roy Nelson who lives in Tennessee; Ed Craker of Oregon; Ben Firth, North Carolina; Mary Lou Hoy Lachiusa, Florida; and Laura Tidrick Simmonsen,Texas. Eleanor Mason Stunja of Perrypolis, Beryl Renne Constable of Rochester and Geraldine Miller Summerson were also unable to attend. Classmates enjoyed an afternoon of remeniscing. Officers of the class were Roy Nelson, president; Ruth Bush Farley, vice president; Eleanor Rowland Johnson, secretary; and Joann Johnson Eckstrom, treasurer. Those attending came from Georgia, Ohio, New York and Pennsylvania.
