Book sale planned

The Warren Public Library Clearance Sale will be held in the Slater Room Oct. 18-20. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The library volunteers organize the adult and children audio books, music CDs, DVDs, videos; plus trade papers, etc. Co chair and Karen Roseborough says "There is something for all ages and interests. Co-chair Celia Knapp says "there are hundreds of soft and hard covered books arranged by interests as - popular author fiction and non fiction books, historical, religion, psychology, technical, do it yourself, cookbooks, etc. - for 50 cents to $1." A gift basket will be available as a door prize and can be found in the Book Cellar. The public is invited to the clearance sale. Proceeds will benefit the Warren Public Library programs and operation costs.
