Newton Dinner Club to meet
Newton Dinner Club will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at Queen City Cafe & Gallery in Titusville. This will be the group's last meeting of this year.
Win at bridge
Winners at Monday's duplicate bridge game at the YMCA were Magda Fanaritis and Janet Templeton, first with 60; Hal Conarro and Matt Oram, second with 59; and Mary Conarro and Doug Megill, third with 53.
Spaghetti served
St. Joseph Parish and School invites the public to attend the Annual Spaghetti Dinner. All proceeds are to benefit St. Joseph Catholic School. It will be held on Sunday, Oct. 21, at the St. Joseph Educational Center located at 608 Pennsylvania Ave. W. Dining room service will be available from 11:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Take-out will be available from 11:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. Dining in cost for an adult will be $7; children ages 5-12, $3.50; and children 4 and younger, free. All take-out meals, for both adults and children, are $7. Tickets are available to purchase in advance from any St. Joseph School student, the school office at 723-2030, the parish office at 723-2090 and Crone's Drug Store. Tickets will also be available at the door, on Sunday, Oct. 21, the day of the dinner.
Free sale set
The annual "Free Sale" will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at Warren Alliance Church, 278 Kinzua Rd., Warren. The public is invited to come and have whatever they need from the "sale."
Music at Bible
Baptist Church
The "Sonship Quartet" will be in concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at Bible Baptist Church, 721 Jackson Run Rd., Warren. The concert will be free and open to the public. A love offering will be taken.
Turkey party planned Saturday
Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Department will have a Turkey Party Saturday, Oct. 20, at the fire hall. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
Vendors needed
Vendors are needed for the Allegheny Community Center Annual Christmas Bazaar to be held Nov. 30. Tables will be $15 for an eight-foot table, and electric will be available. The Women's Cancer Support Group will meet at The John & Orpha Blair Hospice Residence, 301 Quaker Hill Rd., Warren, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18.

The Annual Sauerkraut Dinner will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 200 Pleasant Dr., Warren. Cost will be a donation.
Class to breakfast
Warren Area High School Class of 1964 will have breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at Perkins Restaurant in Warren. All members of the class and their spouses or significant others are welcome.
