Crash. Six people were injured as a result of a two-vehicle crash at 3:20 p.m. last Thursday in Farmington Township. According to police, Galen S. McCullough, 19, Warren, did not stop or even slow his vehicle down at a stop sign on Miller Hill Road at the intersection with Route 957. As the vehicle entered the intersection, it was struck by an eastbound van driven by Meadow D. Wilson, 30, of Bear Lake. The van spun around and came to rest. The SUV flipped onto its driver side and came to rest in a lawn at the northeast corner of the intersection, police said. According to Warren-based state police, McCullough and a 17-year-old female passenger were flown by emergency helicopter to UPMC Hamot in Erie for treatment of critical injuries. Another passenger, Richard A. Jordan, 32, Warren, was taken to Warren General Hospital. His injuries were listed as moderate. McCullough was discharged, according to hospital personnel. No further information was available about the female passenger. Wilson was also flown to Hamot with a serious leg injury, police said. Her condition was listed as fair by hospital personnel on Monday. Three passengers ages 7, 5, and less than 1 year were also transported to Hamot "as a precaution with minor injuries," according to police No injuries were listed for the infant. State police were assisted at the scene by Lander, Sugar Grove, Russell and Busti, N.Y., volunteer firefighters, and Emergycare Ambulance. Police said they are investigating and expect to file charges.
