Of the $200 million released by the state of Pennsylvania on Monday, generated by the impact fee on Marcellus drilling, a total of $53,127.09 is coming to Warren County.
Of that $53,127.09 total, $35,475.88 has been disbursed as part of the Marcellus Legacy Fund. Those dollars can be used for a variety of state initiatives, including water and sewer projects, bridge construction and other activities.
The remaining $17,651.21 has been allocated to municipalities within the county.
