Matt Sandberg exploded for six goals and three assists and the Warren Dragons won for the 10th time this season during a 16-0 blowout of the Oil City Oilers Thursday at War Memorial Field.
Still smarting from a loss to Saegertown on Tuesday, the Dragons took out their frustrations on Oil City.
Sandberg's six goals was tops for Warren and Jason Stanton and Quinn Boger added two goals each. Liam Boger, Shane Burns, Phil Hachula, Joey Close, Nathan Sandberg and Hunter Mohney all chipped in one goal apiece. Close's goal was the first of his varsity career.
Matt Sandberg and Quinn Boger had three assists each for the Dragons, Close, Jason Stanton and Liam Boger chipped in with two helpers and Andrew Stanton, Tyler Mealy and Hachula had one each.
Nathan Sandberg and Clark Eason shared time in goal, but were untested as Warren outshot the Oilers, 47-2.
Warren coach Tom Harrington did say he was able to get all 26 members of his roster "significant" playing time during the win.
Warren won the junior varsity game, 2-0. Austin Goldthwaite and Max Gross each scored for the Dragons while Steffan Blair and Eason added assists. Neil Morrison was the winning goalkeeper.
The Dragons return to the field Saturday, hosting General McLane in an 11 a.m. kickoff.

Eisenhower 4, Iroquois 0
LAWRENCE PARK - Eisenhower jumped out to a quick lead and held off winless Iroquois, 4-0, in the wind on Thursday.
"We decided we're not going to sit back and play defense and chase the ball," said Eisenhower coach Mike Decker. "We're going to try to keep possession."
Thirteen minutes in, Eisenhower scored off a corner kick from Andy Decker that Ben Perkins headed in. A minute later, Jake VanHouten's through ball to Decker set up Decker's score.
"They hung with us for quite a while," coach Decker said of Iroquois (0-12, 0-7 in Region 3).
Eisenhower is 6-5 overall and 2-5 in the region.
With a couple minutes left in the half, Perkins floated a free kick over the top to VanHouten, who beat Iroquois for a 3-0 lead at the half.
VanHouten scored the final goal on a breakaway for Ike.
Casey Vincent had a nice save to preserve the shutout for Eisenhower, which outshot Iroquois, 21-6.
