Warren County Christian School locked up the New Penn Christian Conference regular season volleyball title Tuesday with a dominant 3-0 victory over Meadville Calvary Baptist at WCCS.
The three-set win kept the Lady Lions perfect on the season as WCCS is 13-0 heading into Friday's regular season finale at Christian Life Academy. The NPCC season-ending tournament gets underway next week with WCCS as the top seed.
In Tuesday's 25-14, 25-13, 25-14 victory, Allyssa Kerr packed the stat sheet with 12 service points, two aces, six kills and three digs while Kaitlin Weidner added five service points, four kills, three blocks and 13 assists.

Jessica Lauffenburger chipped in seven service points and two aces, Dymphee Zortman added seven service points and eight kills, Caitlin McCall had seven service points and four aces and Whitney Poindexter finished with four kills and a pair of blocks.
WCCS' junior varsity team won in three, 25-14, 20-25, 15-13. Hannah Cox had six service points and three aces, Becka Erdman had seven service points and three aces and Breana Chelton added three service points and two kills.

Eisenhower 3, Rocky Grove 0
ROCKY GROVE - Despite missing two starters, Eisenhower's volleyball team cruised to its third victory of the 2012 season with a 25-19, 25-17, 25-16 victory over the Orioles at Rocky Grove High School.
According to Ike coach Tina Edwards, her Lady Knights were forced to deal with some new combinations in the victory and the team "did very well" overall.
Alyssa Peterson had 11 points, 12 blocks and two kills for the Knights and Cassidy Edwards chipped in 13 points and four digs. Jessica McCool finished with 11 points and "numerous nice digs," according to the Ike coach.
The Knights' junior varsity team was a 25-17, 25-10 winner. Mallory Trumbull had 18 service points with four aces for the winners.
Eisenhower returns to the court Thursday, hosting Cambridge Springs.

Bradford 3, Sheffield 0
Sheffield struggled to get its offense going all evening during a 3-0 volleyball loss to Bradford Tuesday at Sheffield Area High School.
The Owls were convincing winners in each set, winning 25-16, 25-18, 25-12.
"We didn't pass the ball nearly as well as we needed to," said Sheffield coach Tracie Vile. "Offensively, we just struggled all night."
Mariah Fitzgerald finished with a team-high 11 service points in defeat.
Sheffield's junior varsity team was swept, 25-20, 25-9.
The Wolverines return to action Thursday at Saint Marys.

Conneaut 3, Warren 0
CONNEAUTVILLE - You couldn't blame Warren for being just a bit intimidated by Conneaut, which is 9-1 overall and 7-1 in Region 4 after a sweep of the Dragons.
With Linesville, Conneaut Valley and Conneaut Lake consolidating into one program, Warren coach Mike Dolan said it's imperative the Dragons realize they can still play with Conneaut.
On this day, the Dragons - without a senior - played better and fell 8-25 in the first game before losing 18-25, 18-25 in games two and three.
Rachel Lasecki had five kills and 12 digs for Warren (4-6, 2-6), Valerie Latimer five kills, and Teah Bines 10 assists and two aces.
Jennifer Daugharthy and Lizzy Marsh had two kills each in Warren's 10-25, 13-25 junior varsity loss.

Union City 3, Youngsville 0
UNION CITY - Youngsville had some good rallies, but little mistakes caught up to them during a 3-0 loss to Union City Tuesday at Union City High School.
The Lady Eagles kept things close early on, dropping the first game 21-25 before Union City closed things out with wins of 25-11 and 25-13.
"We had some really nice rallies, but we made little mistakes and (Union City) took advantage of them," said Youngsville coach Bev Fox. "Kennedy Cratty had another outstanding game at the net and really shut down their strong middle hitter."
Cratty finished with 15 digs, six kills and three blocks, Abbey McLaughlin added 10 digs and five kills and Aubree Hendrickson chipped in 10 assists.
The Lady Eagles won the junior varsity contest, 25-16, 25-17. Kaitlyn Hall had nine service points and 13 digs and Elyssa Horn finished with 12 digs and five kills.
Youngsville is back in action Thursday, hosting Rocky Grove.
