Helen Haehn Chambers, 91, of Warren and formerly of Pittsfield, died Oct. 7 at The John and Orpha Blair Hospice House in Warren. McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. of Youngsville are in charge of arrangements and will publish a complete obituary when available.
