Philomina Rondinelli Scherpf, 86, a resident of the Rouse Warren County home and formerly of Tidioute, died Friday morning, October 5, 2012 at the Rouse Home. She was born February 1, 1926 in Irvine, Pa., a daughter of the late Frank and Michelina Piccirillo Rondinelli and lived in Tidioute most of her life. She was a graduate of Tidioute High School and prior to retirement, she had been an accountant at the Blair New Process Company for more than forty years. She was a member of Saint Johns Roman Catholic Church of Tidioute.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Isabella Atkin and a brother, Joseph Rondinelli.
She is survived by her husband, John E. Scherph at home, and a brother, John Rondinelli, of Oil City, Pa. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews and several Stepchildren and Grand stepchildren.

Friends will be recieved at the James M. Higgins Funeral Home, 3 Elm Street, Tidioute, Pa., Sunday, October 7th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in Saint Johns Roman Catholic Church, 25 First Street, Tidioute, Monday morning, October 8, 2012 at 10:00 O'clock with Rev. Father Joseph Kalinowski, Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint John's Cemetery.
