State Rep. Kathy Rapp (R-65) and American Veterans (AMVETS) National Commander Gary Fry participated in the opening ceremony. The festival runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 7:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
