Seven enter guilty pleas during Monday plea court proceedings

Seven defendants entered guilty pleas Monday during plea court proceedings before Judge Maureen Skerda.

The following plead guilty:

Raymond Elwood Blair, 10110 Rt. 242, Little Valley, N.Y., to theft by deception. A charge of bad checks was not prosecuted.

Alan Breese, 3009 Perry Highway, Hadley, Pa., to DUI: highest rate of alcohol and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed, restraint systems and DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving with accident were not prosecuted.

Fred L. Ellis, Warren County Jail, possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering and prowling at night time. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension or prosecution were not prosecuted.

Melissa A. Foreman, 68 Houghton Drive, Sheffield, to two charges of criminal conspiracy of possession of a controlled substance. Four charges of criminal conspiracy of possession with intent to deliver, four charges of criminal use of a communications facility and two charges of criminal conspiracy of possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted. Foreman was ordered to pay back all buy money.

Bruce Leroy Gray, 1822 Yankee Bush Rd., Warren, to DUI: high rate of alcohol and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving without accident and reckless driving were not prosecuted.

Matthew James Gray, 218 N. Carver St., Warren, to theft by unlawful taking. A charge of criminal conspiracy receiving stolen property was not prosecuted. Gray was ordered to pay full restitution.

Thomas Alvin Lindstrom, 23661 Byler Rd., Spartansburg, Pa., to delivery of controlled substance. Six charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted. Lindstrom was ordered to pay back $3,550 in buy money.
