Warren
Possession. Charges were filed against Ryan T. Hannon, Warren County jail, after positive lab results were returned from the Pennsylvania State Police crime lab. According to City of Warren police, Hannon was taken to jail on separate charges on Feb. 19 and, during processing, was allegedly found to have .33 grams of cocaine hidden in his shoe. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance by an inmate.
Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police charged Stephen E. Breon Jr., Grand Valley, with disorderly conduct after he allegedly urinated on medical equipment at 5:17 a.m. Sunday in an examination room at Warren General Hospital "after being advised several times not to."
Tidioute
Harassment. Tidioute police charged Samuel A. Nicholson, 28, of 55 Jefferson St., Tidioute, with harassment after he allegedly struck Kevin Dylerski, of Erie, in the face, at 12:17 a.m. Sunday outside the Hotel Tidioute. Charges were filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
Conewango Twp.
Harassment. Conewango Township police arrested a 15-year-old girl for harassment after responding to a domestic dispute at 10:33 p.m. Sunday at 21470 Route 6. According to police, the girl got in a physical altercation with the victim and bit her arm. Police filed charges through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.
Eldred Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police are investigating a break-in at a Newton Road, Eldred Township residence that took place between Sept. 17 and 29. Police said the burglar damaged the door of a shed, gained access, and stole a Stihl chainsaw. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Elk Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police are investigating an incident in which someone intentionally drove their vehicle over two traffic signs and returned to back over them on Friday or Saturday on Roper Hollow and Cornplanter roads in Elk Township. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
